Kula Norinska Ottoman Tower
An Ottoman defensive tower from the early 16th century at the mouth of the Norin, one of the most impressive historic buildings in the region.
Built as an Ottoman defensive structure in the early 16th century where the little Norin river flowed into the Neretva’s course at the time, the tower is one of the most impressive historic buildings in the whole region. It served military purposes until the 19th century, when it was converted into a windmill; today it is a protected cultural monument that you cannot miss, even if you tried, when passing along the river.
