The maps on this site are built from open data. Here are all sources, their licences and the credits their providers require.

Map terms of use

Who makes the map

The map at maps.outmore.hr (design, tiles, contour lines and server) is made and maintained by Active Croatia, a brand of OUTMORE d.o.o., from the data of the sources listed above. The rights to that data remain with its authors under their licences; these terms cover only the map design and the service.

Required attribution

Every app or website that shows our map must display the attribution "Karta © Active Croatia · Podaci © OpenStreetMap · Visine © Copernicus, USGS, NOAA" visibly on the map, with links to this page and to the OpenStreetMap licence. The attribution must not be hidden or shortened, and the data sources must not be left out.

Who may use the map

The map is intended for Active Croatia apps and for clients and partners we have an agreement with. Loading the map into other apps or websites is not permitted without a written agreement. This applies to the map design and our service. The OpenStreetMap data in the tiles remains under the ODbL 1.0 licence and may be used in accordance with it.

No warranty

The map is based on open data that the community keeps updating. We do not guarantee complete accuracy or constant availability; on the ground, signs and actual conditions always take precedence.

Open-source licences

The portal uses open-source software libraries and fonts (among others MapLibre, PMTiles, React, Next.js and fonts under the SIL Open Font License). The list with copyright notices and full licence texts: licence.txt
