Lovrečina Bay

The coast on both sides of Supetar is a beautiful string of coves and beaches, often shaded by pine forests. One beach deserves special mention – Lovrečina Bay. The largest sandy beach on Brač rivals the famous Zlatni rat in beauty, and besides its natural charm and good facilities it also holds the valuable remains of a 6th-century early Christian monastery and basilica of St Lawrence.
