A natural crag near Podrute with some 50 bolted routes, one of the most popular climbing spots in this part of Croatia.
Since the mid-1980s this beautiful natural crag near the village of Podrute has drawn climbing enthusiasts. It is continually developed and maintained, and today has some 50 routes of varying difficulty, making it one of the largest, best-kept and most popular crags in this part of Croatia.
Climbers from all over the region know it and love to visit, partly because it is easy to reach, close to several natural attractions, and climbing here can be part of a pleasant weekend trip. The popular Pokojec picnic area is nearby.
Climbing is not an activity for people without experience, basic technical knowledge and, above all, climbing equipment. The Pokojec crag also suits beginners, but only with a qualified guide.
